Ajwa Hotel is by far one of the nicest properties I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment we were received at the airport, the staff was so welcoming and hospitable- they went far out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time there. Even the airport transfer van was luxurious! We were in Cappadocia for only 3 nights and 2 days- and we actually canceled our plans for the 2nd day there so we could fully enjoy all the property had to offer.

We traveled as a family, 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 10) and were extremely comfortable in their spacious rooms. The rooms have a fine balance between traditional decor but also being technologically advanced. And most important to a germophobe like me, the room was spotless! Everything was new and super clean. Even the towels are individually wrapped! I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world and never come across such attention to detail and cleanliness.

And I haven’t even started on the property yet- if you have a family, you MUST stay here! We stayed in a normal room but they also have multiple cave suites. A special thanks to Gabil, who was the most hospitable and friendly host. He gave us a tour of the property in one of their open-air cars, and we were blown away by all Ajwa has to offer. When Gabil found out my son has the same name of one of their cave suites, he even gave us a tour of the absolutely incredible cave rooms! My kids fully enjoyed driving their little cars around the property, seeing the horses, playing on the playground (with trampoline!) and I could go on and on.
Meals at Zeferan were perfect- delicious food and our server Bulent was so friendly and attentive. He made sure we enjoyed every meal and made wonderful recommendations. The kids were excited to see both Gabil and Bulent each day- and everyone who travels with kids knows that if the kids are happy, everyone is happy!

I feel so lucky to have been able to stay at this gem of a property- many thanks again to Gabil who absolutely made our stay!

A luxurious stay with a peaceful atmosphere
Ajwa facilities are top notch. The rooms were fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay there with high speed internet access provided which could be accessed anywhere on the grounds of the hotel.
The hospitality team were very helpful , special thanks to the personnel at the front desk and the waiters at the restaurant for the great service.
It’s our second visit and hope to come again, the Islamic and halal concept was an additional positive with a mosque within its grounds.
When staying at Ajwa I recommend you leave a day just to spend walking on the grounds of the hotel due to being so scenic. There are additional services such as horse riding and opportunity to rent electric vintage vehicle that I enjoyed riding on within the grounds of the hotel.

It’s the best and special hotel in the world, it’s really something special and luxury, everything was great and above expectations, for me I rate it like 7 Star not 5 Star.

This hotel and our entire experience was wonderful. The staff at the front desk is extremely helpful and welcoming and loved to share some history and show us around the hotel area. The breakfast was great and the people were so kind. The people here were great. Rooms were extremely unique, clean, spacious and beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful and alighty away from the touristy area which we loved. Definitely recommend

One of the best hotels I have stayed at, the rooms are super new and clean, everything was just perfect super soft towels better than most luxurious hotels around the world, the breakfast(mainly the food) is just out of this world and every penny was worth it, highly recommend this place guys!! Thanks to all the staff of AJWA Cappadocia for the kindness and for all they have done for us!

прекрасный персонал , сделали поздний чекаут без экстра доплаты . очень добры к детям . в номерах дорогая косметика, и детали все дорогие как в Дубаи отелях . идеальная чистота в зоне спа . В ресторане обслуживал сам шеф повар . всегда давали тарелку с фруктами в номер . высокое качество обслуживания .
 

الفندق جميل جدا جدا جدا جدا يهتمون بأدق التفاصيل و المكان واسع و نظيف و جميل و هادئ و يستحق كل فلس تم دفعه و الموظفين محترمين جدا و لطيفين جدا المنتجع لم يفتتح الا نصفه تقريبا و لكن اتوقع لهذا المكان و مالكه و موظفين هذ المنتجع انهم يحققون نجاح باهر خلال الفترة القادمة إن شاء الله
 
 

The place is perfect and the attention is great. Nur, the hotel manager is an excellent host!! totally recommend.

Excellent presentation of breakfast and indeed traditional with modern touch.

Breakfast was really amazing, different dishes kept coming. Some delicious local food and some from Azerbaijan. Staf is really polite and extremely nice, could not find a fault. Dinner was spectacular in restaurant Zaferan. They offer to us be judges between 3 best chefs and dinner was really something special to remember for a life time.

Bugüne kadar kaldığım hotellerin içerisinde en iyisiydi diyebilirim. Misafirini kendi evinde hissetmek için her küçük ayrıntı özenle düşünülmüş. Çalışanların ilgisi çok iyi. Bu kadar güleryüzlü insanları bir araya toplamak çok zor olmalı. Teşekkürler Ajwa Cappadocia.
 

Nous avons passez un court séjour de deux nuits avec mon mari car la Cappadoce etait un reve depuis longtemps et notre séjour fut juste magique , Du moment ou l'on vıent vous chercher de l'aéroport ( bookez la voiture avec eux ,elles sont hyper luxueuse et le voyage dure envıron 45 minutes ) au moment ou vous etes reçu , c'est du pure bonheur. Une architecture typice et millenaire avec les suites dans les caves des cheminée de feu. un confort qui n'a rien a envié les plus grand palaces , un staff tres a l'écoute et efficace . La cuisine du restaurant Zeferan et son chef qui va vous faire oublié vos meilleurs experience culinaire. Tout ou presque est produit sur place , on a adoré surtout le petit déjeuner a la Turque .
On a personnellement pas voulu faire de mongolfiere mais cet hotel nous a literallement enchanté.

We stayed at Ajwa to relax - after busy few days exploring Goreme and doing all the sightseeing there. This place exceeded our expectations! Wow, the rooms, the hotel, and the grounds are gorgeous. They have traditional Turkish decorations and art all over the place as well.

Everyone was friendly and have a "can do attitude", including Sahsenem, Ugur, and many others that we didn't know the names of. They always engaged with our daughter and cared that we were happy! There are many things to do for kids: indoor swimming pool, mini zoo, playground, aquarium, and mini farm. Our daughter was really happy here. She even started to like sauna.
 

Spent with my family only one day in two weeks ago.
Comfortable hotel, happy staff and good food.
The location and the view are very nice.
Next time it will be for longer period.
I recommend it for sure.

Came to Ajwa as part of our honeymoon. Before we even got there I found the team to be very helpful in organising things for us and communicating with us. Upon arrival they arranged some nice touches as it was our honeymoon, and the service kept getting better throughout our stay. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean and luxurious, and the entire ethos of the hotel is fantastic. They have great amenities in the room (Nespresso machines, underfloor heating, bath robes etc). The Zeferan restaurant is superb - especially the authentic cuisine, and we took up the Chef's table which was exquisite and very reasonable too. The breakfast they serve is also superb, and they made a great effort to serve us breakfast in a part of the outdoor hotel grounds just for us. They organised a hot air balloon ride for us too - which is a must in Cappadocia, and gave us a some fleeces to take with us as well. Thank you to Enur, Nur and the whole team at Ajwa. We also met the owner too, who was super humble and friendly. This is a great hotel for Muslims as there is no alcohol or music, and there is a masjid on site where you can pray too.
