To ensure the effective use of the natural resources in our facility with the awareness of environmental responsibility, to reduce all kinds of wastes arising from consumption to a minimum level, to ensure that they are separated at the source and to eliminate the hazards without harming the environment.
Food Safety Policy
To carefully prepare each meal, beverage, with the quality materials and equipment we use, in accordance with the requirements of national and international laws. To ensure product safety and quality by keeping the focus on the employee and guest at every stage of the supply chain, knowing and controlling the source of each material, combining it with modern, state-of-the-art techniques, continuous improvements and an innovative perspective.
With the Zero Waste project, we make edible paint from vegetable-fruit peels by making use of the food wastes generated in food production areas, and we plant our eggshells on the roots of tomato saplings.
We use our tea and coffee pulps in our compost area and we send food waste to our sheep and goats.
It is our duty to always obtain fresh and organic products from our garden of ancestral seeds and to offer them to our guests.
