Absolute brilliant hotel and service. The hotel itself is one of a kind in terms of deco and DETAIL. From reception to the individual rooms the quality and thought have gone into everything. Each towel is individually placed in its own cloth bag. All the cups and spoons etc are hygienically placed in plastic bags. Quality molten brown bathroom products. The breakfast was top quality. Especially all the staff inc Ebrahim (sadly I don’t remember all the names, but ALL were great). The reception and concierge staff are extremely helpful. Free shuttle service was great (limited to the Sultanahmet area) Again no ordinary van. Top quality transport (& driver). The location is fab. Shops close by and top attractions very close. Quiet at night which is a huge plus for a city that's full of tourists and people. I have been lucky enough to have stayed in a lot of 5star hotels around the world. This one definitely gets the top 3 as it ticks all the right boxes. It can be on the pricey side for some. But worth paying the little extra in my opinion. The only thing missing for me was a prayer mat in the room ( had I asked I'm sure one would have been provided). Even gave us a little gift when we checked out. I'm sure ill visit this city again (this was my 4th visit). I won't have to waste time looking for a place to stay. 101% ajwa all the way.

Аутентичный, красивый интерьер, очень любезный персонал, вкусный азербайджанский ресторан на 7 этаже и фантастический спа. Консьерж нам очень понравился, я не помню Имя, но это был молодой мужчина приятной наружности, который за 3 минуты организовал нам ужин в ресторанане и прогулку на яхте по Босфору. Все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Рекомендую этот отель от души.

It was our first time in Istanbul, but it won’t be the last! We stayed 5 nights. Location was 100% ideal! Close to Sultanahmet Mosque, Hippodrome & Hagia Sofia, even closer to metro line (6-7 walk) but we walked to Sultanamhet every day very easily (12-15 mins), 10 mins walk to Istanbuls oldest hammam - Cağaloğlu Hamam. This hotels most precious asset is their staff! Really lovely staff in the reception… Everyone was so helpful! Very special mention to Volkan & Umar at the concierge desk, both are so pleasant, friendly & exceptionally knowledgeable about their city. They gave us fantastic recommendations & helped us get the very most from our time in Istanbul. Their expertise is really appreciated! Friendly & welcoming staff in the restaurant & we had a huge variety of food choices every day with everything tasting so good & so fresh! Absolutely stunning views from the dining room & a very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was really beautiful & so spacious, quiet & comfortable! Big hairdryers in the rooms so you won’t need to bring your own! Overall a fabulous stay which far exceeded our expectations!

From the first moment to the last, Ajwa and the staff at the hotel made my stay absolutely amazing. The from decor to service to room amenities and beyond, everything was of the very highest standard. I literally, can not fault any part of my stay. To top it off, after very stupidly leaving my phone in the back of a cab, Haroon and his team went above and beyond to get it back and have it shipped back to me in London in a few days. Outstanding.

Absolutely amazing 4-day trip we had at the Ajwa Hotel Sultanahmet. After looking at reviews before I booked, it was clear it was a good hotel but I cannot tell you how nice the staff and hotel are. From the bellboy to the spa staff, really had a great long weekend. The hotel is a hidden gem in the old city, very close to all the landmarks, walking distance or use the complimentary hotel shuttle.

It’s possible to visit several main attractions and important places by walking (Grand Baazar, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, etc). Everything is very luxurious: the room, the bathroom, the hall. The restaurant where the breakfast is served has a view to the sea. It’s also delicious and it has a great variety of food. The staff is very attentive. It’s impossible not to feel very well along your stay in this hotel. Definitely, I have had the best experience that I could! Highly recommended.

Best hotel experience ever. The staff is immensely helpful, prompt and very courteous. Location is almost perfect. It is close to most of the popular attractions. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to places within the Sultanahmet district.
