Airport Meet & Greet Services

For Arriving Guests:

• Welcoming by the assistant with a buggy in front of the flight gate
• Fast-track at passport control
• Porter service (Luggage carrying)
• Accompany to the vehicle

For Departing Guests:

• Welcoming by the assistant with a porter at the entrance of the Terminal
• Priority check-in (Agreed airlines)
• Fast-track, including security and passport control)
• Access to the IGA Lounge (Subject to additional charge indicated under Clause 5.3)
• Buggy transfer after passport control to the boarding gate
• Accompany to the flight gate
• Air tickets and boarding cards
• Lost Luggage tracking

* Buggy service and number of assistants are not guaranteed for collective meeting services.

* Service standards may vary for collective meeting services.

* The meet at the aircraft gate applies to situations where the aircraft is approaching the bridge.

* Meet & Greet Service shall be performed with city transfer as bundle.

* Arrival Meet & Greet Service fee is 100€ + VAT up to 4 people

* Departure Meet & Greet Service fee is 100€ + VAT up to 4 people
